When I first encountered file extension pdf, I don’t know what to be honest. My friend from other country sent me the copy of his passport and other documents in pdf file. I kept on downloading the attachments but cannot open it. I immediately ask our computer technician to help me fix the problem.

He told me to download pdf software which can help me open the pdf file I’ve received. I immediately search the web and found a lot of free software. I downloaded a file and installed it  and then tried to open the pdf file. I was able to open the file that was sent to me.

Form then on, I know now how to use and handle pdf files that was sent to me. And the good thing is that, I was able convert pdf to word format or word to pdf format on my own.
